Zebra Mussel Mania Traveling Trunk
The Zebra Mussel Mania Traveling Trunk is an education kit developed by the Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant Program. The Traveling Trunk contains resources for experiments and other hands-on activities to teach about aquatic nuisance species in the Great Lakes and inland waterways. Zebra mussel and other mussel shells, videos, worksheets, and experiments are examples of materials in the trunk. A curriculum guide and a portfolio of teacher resource materials are included, and a valuable part of the learning experience.
